After your contract and deposit are received, you’ll get a welcome packet with a detailed explanation of the brand strategy process. Included is a short questionnaire and guide to using Pinterest to start discovering your new brand.

Strategy Session

We’ll have a 90-minute Zoom call to discover your “why,” define your ideal client and target audience, and establish your brand vision.

Brand Map

After our strategy session, I’ll deliver a complete, done-for-you strategy guide including:

  • Target audience research
  • Breakdown & market fit
  • Customer persona(s)
  • Competitive analysis
  • In-depth brand values + messaging
  • Brand vision and values board
  • Recommendations for pricing, social media marketing, and client management

Reference sheet

After your brand map approval, I’ll share a reference sheet with a quick go-to guide for your brand voice, vision, and visuals. Many clients say this is their favorite part of the whole thing!

Brand Moodboard

With your strategy in mind, I’ll begin the creative process. I’ll establish a visual direction and ask for approval before building out the complete brand identity.

Brand Identity + Style Guide

I’ll design a custom brand identity design to ensure visually-consistent touch points for your customers/clients. You’ll receive a brand style guide with:

  • Primary logo
  • Secondary logo and submarks
  • Color selection
  • Typography selection
  • Iconography
  • Recommendations for designing marketing materials or outsourcing future work
